Who we are and what this site does

Aussino is an independent editorial site that reviews online casinos and bookmakers with Australian players in mind. We test operators with our own money, time payouts with a stopwatch, and read every set of terms end to end before a brand lands on a list. We are not an operator, we do not accept deposits, we do not run games, and we do not hold your money at any stage. Every wager and every dollar you move sits between you and the operator you decide to open an account with.

Reviews and information โ€” how to read them

Everything published on Aussino is provided for information and entertainment only. Rankings, scores, bonus figures, RTP percentages, payout times and screenshots reflect what we saw when the page was last updated, on the accounts we were testing. Operators tweak terms, cycle promotions, and switch providers all the time โ€” always read the current T&Cs on the casino's own site before you deposit. If something on the page looks out of date, drop us a note at hello@aussino.org and we will re-check it.

18+ only and geo-restrictions

Aussino is for adults aged 18 and over. You must not use this site, follow any of our outbound links, or open an account at any operator we list if you are under 18, or if online real-money gambling is illegal in the jurisdiction you are accessing the internet from. It is your responsibility to know the law where you sit. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, most online casino play offered to Australian residents by operators without an Australian licence sits in a grey area for the player and a prohibited one for the operator โ€” we cover that on our review pages and expect you to make an informed call before you deposit.

Affiliate relationships

Most outbound links on Aussino are affiliate links. When you click through and sign up, the operator may pay us a referral fee out of their own marketing budget โ€” never out of your deposit or winnings. This has zero bearing on our rankings; the full account of how it works lives on our Affiliate Disclosure page.

Third-party operators โ€” the limits of what we can guarantee

We stand behind our own review methodology, our screenshots and the numbers we quote. What we cannot do is guarantee the conduct of any third-party casino or bookmaker we send you to. Operators change ownership, break promises, restrict accounts, close down or get taken over by regulators โ€” sometimes with barely a warning. If a listed operator fails you, we want to know about it, and we will remove or downgrade it fast where the pattern holds, but ultimately your contract is with the operator, not with us. Please read that operator's terms before you deposit, and treat any bonus offer as binding on the wording published on the operator's own site.

No advice โ€” read the operator's own terms

Nothing on Aussino is financial, legal or tax advice. We are journalists and reviewers, not accountants or lawyers. If you gamble at scale, if you use crypto to fund play, or if you have questions about how winnings are treated for Australian tax, speak to a qualified professional in your state.

Intellectual property

The written reviews, guides, photography, illustrations, logos, layout, code and structured data on Aussino are ours or licensed to us. You are welcome to quote a paragraph with a link back for commentary or reporting. You may not scrape the site, republish full articles, or re-sell our content โ€” commercially or otherwise โ€” without written permission. Casino, sportsbook and payment-method logos remain the property of their respective owners and appear here in a nominal reference capacity.

User conduct

  • Use the site for personal, non-commercial reading and research.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, probe or overload the site, its analytics or its search index.
  • Do not submit reviews, comments or tips you know to be false, defamatory, or infringing on someone else's rights.
  • Do not impersonate an operator, a staff member or another reader when you contact us.

Liability

We do our best to keep Aussino accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise the site will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure against every attack, or perfectly current at every moment. To the fullest extent Australian law allows, we exclude liability for any loss, chargeback, missed bonus, closed account, or gambling loss you suffer at a third-party operator you found through this site. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by contract.

Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the site changes, when the law changes, or when we notice something that could be clearer. The version on this page is the one in force today; the previous versions are archived internally in case anyone needs to check. Continuing to use Aussino after an update means you accept the current terms.

Questions about these terms, editorial concerns, takedown requests, corrections, or press enquiries all reach a real editor at hello@aussino.org. If it helps our reply, please include the URL of the page you are writing about.
